Return and Exchange Policy

At Happy Kiddo, we always strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. Therefore, we offer a clear return and exchange policy that guarantees the rights of all parties.

1. Return and Exchange Period

* Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of the order receipt date.
* In case of a manufacturing defect, it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

To accept a return or exchange request, the following conditions must be met:

* Invoice or order number must be provided.
* The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
* The original packaging and all accompanying accessories, manuals, and labels must be included.
* All original seals and labels must be intact.

3. Toys and Baby Supplies

The following can be exchanged or returned:

* Unused toys.
* Unopened and unused baby supplies.

The following cannot be exchanged or returned:

* Products that have been opened or used due to hygiene and safety concerns.
* Discounted or clearance products are eligible for exchange or replacement only in cases of manufacturing defects.

4. Electric Products

Include:

* Hoverboards
* Electric Scooters
* Electric Kids' Cars
* Electric Toys

Exchange or return is possible if:

* The product is unused.
* The product is in its original condition.
* Any manufacturing defect is reported within 48 hours of receipt, along with photos or a video illustrating the problem.

Exchange or return is not possible if:

* Products have been used or driven.
* Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect charging, impact, or water ingress.
* Products have been disassembled or modified by an unauthorized party.

5. Manufacturing Defects and Warranty

* In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, the customer is entitled to product repair or replacement, subject to the assessment of the technical support team.
* An unboxing video or photos illustrating the problem may be requested to expedite the inspection process.

6. Shipping Fees

* In case of a manufacturing defect, Happy Kido will cover the shipping fees for the exchange or return.
* If the customer wishes to exchange or return the product for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.

7. Refunds

* Refunds will be issued using the same payment method within 7 to 14 business days after the product is received, inspected, and the return request is approved.

8. Non-Returnable Items

* Gift cards.
* Custom-made items.
* Separate parts and accessories.
* Used items or items with incomplete accessories.
