At Happy Kiddo, we always strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. Therefore, we offer a clear exchange, return, and refund policy that guarantees the rights of all parties.
Exchange and Return Period
- Exchanges or returns can be requested within 14 days of the order receipt date.
- In case of a manufacturing defect, it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Exchange and Return Conditions
To accept a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Provide the order number or invoice.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
- The original packaging, all accessories, manuals, and attachments must be included.
- All original seals and labels must be intact.
Toys and Baby Supplies
The following can be exchanged or returned:
- Unused toys.
- Unopened and unused baby supplies.
The following cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Products that have been opened or used due to hygiene and safety concerns.
- Products that are on sale or clearance, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Electric Products
Includes:
- Hoverboards
- Electric Scooters
- Electric Kids' Cars
- Electric Toys
Exchange or return is possible if:
- The product is unused.
- The product is in its original condition.
- Any manufacturing defect is reported within 48 hours of receipt, along with photos or a video showing the problem.
Exchange or return is not possible if:
- The product has been used or driven.
- The product has been damaged due to misuse, impact, water damage, or incorrect charging.
- The product has been disassembled or modified by an unauthorized party.
Shipping Fees for Exchanges and Returns
- Happy Kido covers the shipping fees if the reason for the exchange or return is a manufacturing defect.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping fees if the reason for the exchange or return is a personal request.
Refunds
- The product price will be refunded after it is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the return conditions.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days after your return request is approved.
- The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Products not eligible for exchange, return, or refund include:
- Gift cards.
- Custom-made or made-to-order products.
- Disconnected parts and accessories.
- Used products or products lacking accessories.
- Products that do not meet the exchange and return criteria outlined above.
